Why's the pricing higher than that chain hotel down the road?
That chain hotel's cutting corners we won't touch. They're using synthetic fabrics we've phased out, pesticides we stopped spraying 4 years ago, and outsourced housekeeping. We employ 47 staff members directly, pay them 23% above regional average, and source everything locally. You're paying for people treated right and a property that actually respects its surroundings.
Do you offer discounts for longer stays?
Absolutely. Stay 7+ nights and you get 15% off. Fourteen nights drops it another 8%. We're not a hotel you rush through anyway — most guests end up extending their bookings because they keep finding reasons to linger. Last month someone came for 5 days and left after 19.
What's included versus what costs extra?
Meals, bikes, gardens, meditation classes — all included. Spa treatments, private chef consultations, helicopter access — those run separately. But honestly? Most people don't actually need extras. The included stuff is designed to be genuinely good, not a bait-and-switch. Your room rate covers what matters.
Is there flexibility if I need to cancel?
Book 14+ days out and you've got until 10 days before arrival to cancel free. Closer bookings are non-refundable but transferable to anyone (sometimes people gift their reservations to friends). We're not trying to trap you — we just need enough notice to reallocate resources. Life happens. We get it.
